3x implants restored with custom abutments.31-32 + 25 restorations showed varying heights of bone level but also very deep gingival height.

The use of a custom abutment allowed for most of the material subgingivally to be titanium. This will reduce the chances of long term gingival inflammation and increase the chances of future implant success.

Faq's

  • Zirconia Crowns can be returned within a week.
  • Implant crowns and custom abutments can be ready within a week but if a short turnaround time is required, best to call CIL to check component availability.
  • Full Prosthesis will need to be discussed with the lab as multiple components are required and may take some time to arrive.
