35 + 36 25 restorations showed varying heights of bone level but also very deep gingival height. Especially the 35 on the mesial aspect had significantly higher bone and gingival heights. Should a stock abutment have been used there would have either been a Zirconia margin very deep subgingivally on the mesial or titanium supragingivally on the distal. We were also able to control the taper of the abutment to not impede on the mesial bone and this will give the best chance of maintaining this long term.
