Add a Lab to Primescan Connect

  1. 1. Register as a dentist on the CEREC Connect website
  2. 2. Log in to the Sirona Connect website
  3. 3. Select My Accounts from the drop-down menu
  4. 4. Choose My Favourite Laboratories
  5. 5. Click Search Lab
  6. 6. Enter your zip code and select Start Search
  7. 7. Search for your lab in the list of laboratories
  8. 8. Click the plus (+) icon next to your lab’s name
  9. 9. Wait for it to load

Faq's

  • Zirconia Crowns can be returned within a week.
  • Implant crowns and custom abutments can be ready within a week but if a short turnaround time is required, best to call CIL to check component availability.
  • Full Prosthesis will need to be discussed with the lab as multiple components are required and may take some time to arrive.
